Feeding your baby shouldn’t feel complicated or overwhelming, and you don’t have to figure it out alone. I help parents find confidence, calm, and clarity in their feeding journey, whether that’s breast, bottle, pumping, or formula (we love it all). Real support. Real connection. Every step of the way.
My mission is simple: to give new and expectant parents the tools, education, and encouragement they need to make informed choices about feeding.
There is no wrong way to feed your baby, only the way that works best for your family. Together, we’ll explore options, troubleshoot challenges, and celebrate progress, one feeding at a time.
I’m also deeply passionate about maternal mental health and helping families navigate the ups and downs of the postpartum season with compassion and care.
I’m a mom to two girls, a registered nurse, and an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant.
Before starting Feeding with Katie, I spent nearly a decade working in pediatrics, supporting children and families through all stages of early development. In 2017, I became a lactation consultant to focus more closely on helping families in those first, tender months after birth.
Today, I combine medical expertise, hands-on experience, and heartfelt support to help parents feel capable, connected, and cared for, because feeding your baby is about so much more than milk.
